Florida House Taking Extraordinary Measures to Serve FCADV CEO Tiffany Carr

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The Florida House on Thursday voted to serve Tiffany Carr, former CEO of the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence, by any means sufficient to comply with constitutional requirements.


On Tuesday, the Speaker executed a subpoena for Carr that the Florida House attempted to serve at her homesteaded property on the Gulf Coast, as well as other known addresses.


Although the Florida House believes Carr is aware of the subpoena, additional efforts to serve the subpoena are underway to give her every opportunity to respond.
