• Ensures faculty, staff, and students are hired or admitted based on merit rather than ideology by: - Requiring each tenured state university faculty member to undergo a comprehensive post tenure review every 5 years. - Bolstering the authority of university boards of trustees to review and approve university presidents’ selections for high-level executives
